How is my order shipped?
Well carrier pigeons are a bit out of date, so we prefer to use courier services. We prefer Courier Post, but may also use NZ Couriers and Fastways, depending on the size, weight and destination of the item's. Your order is processed as quickly as possible after we receive it. In most cases orders placed before 4pm, are processed and sent the same day. But, sometimes it can take a little longer, cos the robots in the warehouse have attitude and they run on coffee. We’ll email you out your tracking number once your order has been shipped so you can track its progress. We may also ship using other courier & freight companies depending on the items location and size.
Shipping Costs and Calculations:
Charges are calculated based on your shopping basket total and your location.

All delivery time frames are "Target Delivery" only and some delays can be expected from time to time, due to circumstances out of our control.
Our system will calculate the freight based on the largest and bulkiest item in your shopping cart. Nothing extra is charged over and above what it would cost to send this item only, so anything extra you buy incurs no extra freight cost.

Shipping Rules:
Shipping is calculated based on the total weight and volume of your order.
Shipping will be calculated on your order,- when you proceed through to the checkout and fill in your shipping details.
Note: Occasionally, some items offered on Daysale.co.nz may not fall into our standard shipping charges due to their size or weight. If different shipping charges are required, this will be clearly noted on the product page when ordering.
Overnight Shipping Service
The term overnight refers to the type of delivery service that your item is dispatched on, selecting the overnight service does not mean you will be assured of getting the item at 7am the next day. It simply means that you will receive your item via the fastest courier service available to us. In times when we have high volumes of freight going out, this may actually be a day or two longer, but still faster than the economy service.
When will I get my goodies?
We’ll send you the track and trace details you’re your order has been dispatched. From this point most of our orders are received within 3 – 5 business days but please allow additional time for some South Island and rural addresses.
If we have an item that is going to take longer then this to get to you, due to size or weight, we will make this very clear in the item description. You can check the status of your order by looking in the orders and invoices section of your account.
Note: Orders placed in the weekends or on public holidays will not be processed until the following business day.
Why do you make the courier require a signature?
This is to ensure that your product is delivered safely and allows us to track the item correctly.
Do you ship outside New Zealand?
We currently only ship to New Zealand addresses.
Can I get it delivered to my workplace?
You can get your item delivered anywhere you like within NZ, if your getting it sent to a business, please remember to include the business name as part of the address. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable, due to the business name not being in the address, will incur a redelivery fee.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We can if we really have to, but we prefer not to. This is for a couple of reasons, it isn't as easy for us to track your shipment and a lot of our products are simple to big for post boxes, which means you items can get delayed at post shops etc. So unless you really have no option, we'd prefer you use an alternate physical address. You can load up to five alternate addresses in your membership area.
How about rural addresses?
For sure and at no extra cost, but again we prefer not to, as this can be a lot slower to get to you. So if you can, use an alternate address. But if you have no choice, we'll send it rural, we don't want you to miss out!
Please make sure you address includes all rural delivery numbers and/or postcodes for your location.
How do I return a product?
If you feel that you have received an item that faulty or defective, please contact us before returning the item. We will indicate if we require the item to be returned or not. (in most cases we will)
